You do not need to buy special software to read our e-books. But you should know
that our e-books are zipped for fast and easy download. You can read our e-books
with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can get free trial versions of the zip programs
(like Winzip or Winrar) and a free Adobe Acrobat Reader on the following

2. Downloading problems
After completing the order you will be able to immediatly get the ordered ebook. However if your connection will drop or if your firewall will block the transfer, you could be unable to complete the download. If this is the case, please email, indicating the order number and I will send you the ebooks by email.
